Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd Appoints Kong Weili as Non-Executive and Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee

Tat Seng Packaging Group Ltd. announced appointment of Mr. Kong WeiLi as Non-Executive and Independent Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors is of the opinion that Kong WeiLi can contribute positively to the Company after reviewing the Nominating Committee's recommendation and Kong WeiLi's qualifications, experience and suitability. From June 2018 to present: Kong WeiLi is a Plant Financial Controller with Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. Kong WeiLi is presently a non-executive and independent director of Hanwell Holdings Limited, an issuer listed on the Exchange. Date of appointment is March 1, 2019.
