Tata Steel Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Kriang Kiatfuengfoo as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

The board of directors meeting of Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Limited held on January 31, 2013, acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Kriang Kiatfuengfoo, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee due to health problems effective from December 31, 2012.
