Tatry Mountain Resorts, a.s. announced consolidated earnings results for the first half of 2015. For the period, the company reported sales of EUR 40,248,000 against EUR 32,613,000 a year ago. Total revenues were EUR 40,483,000 against EUR 32,812,000 a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 15,393,000 against EUR 11,086,000 a year ago. EBIT was EUR 8,615,000 against EUR 4,936,000 a year ago. Pre-tax Income was EUR 3,772,000 against EUR 2,771,000 a year ago. Net Profit was EUR 3,763,000 against EUR 2,771,000 a year ago. Total Comprehensive Income was EUR 3,782,000 against EUR 2,768,000 a year ago. EPS was EUR 0.56 against EUR 0.41 a year ago. Net Cash from Operating Activities was EUR 16,768,000 against EUR 11,859,000 a year ago. The growth of EBITDA was achieved also by efficient management of the hotels and operations and stable operating, mostly fixed, costs.

By the end of 2015 the board of directors expects to meet the financial plan of a 10.3% growth in revenues to EUR 62.1 million and EBITDA of EUR 21.1 million, excluding the impact of the recently acquired Silesian Amusement Park, which strengthened the diversification of TMR's business model, though. TMR's results till the end of Fiscal Year 2014/15, i.e. till 31 October 2015, will be impacted by the summer season in the mountain resorts, Aquapark Tatralandia, and TMR hotels.
