TCI Express Limited Approves Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-2024

TCI Express Limited announced that the Board of Directors considered and declared Interim dividend for the financial year 2023-2024 at the rate of 150%, INR 3 per equity share of face value of INR 2 each. The dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date fixed that is October 26, 2023.
