Teako Minerals Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire Vaddas and Birtavarre projects in Northern Norway from Capella Minerals Limited for CAD 0.06 million.

Teako Minerals Corp. (CNSX:TMIN) entered into an agreement to acquire Vaddas and Birtavarre projects in Northern Norway from Capella Minerals Limited (TSXV:CMIL) for CAD 0.06 million on July 12, 2023. As part of agreement, Teako Minerals has option to acquire a 100% interest in Vaddas and Birtavarre project by investment of CAD 0.1 million in exploration expenditures into the Projects within the first year and Issuing an additional 250,000 shares in both the first and second year to Capella.

All shares issued to Capella will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold, and are subject to Teako Minerals filing requirements with the Canadian Securities Exchange and approval of Canadian Securities Exchange.
