Song Linjiao signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 2.17% stake in Tech-Bank Food Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002124) from Zhang Banghui for approximately CNY 110 million on November 9, 2023. As part of the transaction, Song Linjiao will acquire 39.91 million shares at a price of CNY 2.76 per share.
