Technical Olympic S.A. (ATSE:OLYMP) agreed to acquire the remaining 51.77% stake in Mochlos SA (ATSE:MOCHL) in stock on October 31, 2014. On December 22, 2014, the shareholders of Mochlos approved the transaction. The shareholders of Technical Olympic approved the transaction on January 8, 2015.

Technical Olympic S.A. (ATSE:OLYMP) completed the acquisition of remaining 51.77% stake in Mochlos SA (ATSE:MOCHL) on May 26, 2015.
