Technogym takes over 133,000 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Technogym Spa announced Wednesday that it bought back 133,000 of its own ordinary shares between Dec. 18 and Dec. 22.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR9.01, for a total consideration of EUR1.2 million.

As of today, the company holds 805,972 treasury shares, or 0.1 percent of its share capital.

Technogym trades in the green by 0.8 percent at EUR9.18 per share.
