Telesia, resignation of two board members

(Alliance News) - Telesia Spa announced on Friday that directors Walter Villa and Lorenzo Losi, on Jan. 19 and Jan. 18, 2023, respectively, resigned, effective immediately, from their positions as members of the company's board of directors, due to supervening professional commitments.

The two directors do not hold, directly or indirectly, any interests in the company's share capital.

Telesia trades at parity at EUR2.02 per share.
