In a related transaction, Témpore Properties SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:YTEM) agreed to acquire a residential property in Castellon from Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and Banco Santander, S.A. (BME:SAN). The combined purchase price of the two acquisitions is €40.8 million.
