Terreïs (France) reported financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2016. For the quarter, the company reported rental income of EUR 16.2 million compared to EUR 17.9 million reported in the same period last year. For the half year, the company reported rental income of EUR 32.8 million compared to EUR 35.4 million reported in the same period last year. EPRA earnings stood at EUR 15.1 million for the first half of 2016, down 9.6% on first half of 2015. Main reasons are planned vacancy on the Residential portfolio and the pursuit of the strategy of refocusing the property assets on Paris CBD.
