Texton Property Fund Limited announced that regarding the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), shareholders are advised that Mr. Pienaar Welleman, the Chief Executive Officer of Texton, has assumed the role of part-time Financial Director until a permanent appointment is made. Shareholders will be advised once the appointment of a permanent CFO has been finalised.
