According to Thai Rubber Latex Group Public Company Limited resolved to offer capital increase from ordinary shares due to Right Offering amount of 136,295,937 shares, at a ratio 5 share to 1 with an offering price of 2.20 baht per share. In the period between September 1-8, 2021 receiving paid up capital increase totaling 299,851,061.40 baht (Two hundred and ninety-nine million eight hundred and fifty- one thousand and sixty-one point forty baht) deducting expense and capital increase registration fee amount of 1,964,000 baht total receiving net amount of 297,887,061.40 baht (Two hundred and ninety-seven million eight hundred and eighty-seven thousand and sixty-one point forty baht)

Subsequently, due to the company's business expansion for concentrated and prevulcanized latex plans and took the amount from capital increase to pay and decrease the amount for investing in production and distribution of gloves, on June 20, 2022 in the executive board meeting No. 6/2022 has resolved to change the capital use plans. The company has considered making adjustments as appropriate and necessary.

The Company would like to report the utilization of capital increase, has the accumulated amount as of June 30, 2022 with details as following ;
