Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (TU) has made an announcement to invite its shareholders to propose an agenda for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and nominate qualified candidates for the Company's director election to support good corporate governance.
The company has already informed the shareholders with regard to the criteria to exercise their rights for proposing the agenda and nominating the candidates from September 27, 2021 to February 4, 2022 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Company's website (www.thaiunion.com).
The result showed that; there is no shareholder proposed any agenda for the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder and nominate qualified candidates for the Company's director election
