The Anup Engineering Limited (NSEI:ANUP) entered into definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Mabel Engineers Private Limited for INR 330 million on March 15, 2024. Mabel Engineers reported revenues of INR 271.1 million for financial year ended March 31, 2023. The acquisition is expected to complete on May 31, 2024.
