The Brooker Group Public Company Limited agreed to acquire 26% stake in Wave BCG Co., Ltd. from Wave Exponential Public Company Limited for THB 81 million.

The Brooker Group Public Company Limited (SET:BROOK) agreed to acquire 26% stake in Wave BCG Co., Ltd. from Wave Exponential Public Company Limited (SET:WAVE) for THB 81 million on August 10, 2023. The parties entered into a share and purchase agreement on October 5, 2023. Transaction is financed through Working capital of Brooker Group Public Company Limited.

Wave BCG Co., Ltd. reported Total assets worth THB 957 million and Net income of THB 311 million on June 30, 2023. Transaction has already been approved by The Brooker Group Public Company Limited's board of director's.
