The CannaBusiness Group, Inc. (OTCPK:CBGI) acquired a minority stake in National Security Solutions, Inc. in stock on March 28, 2014. National Security Solutions will operate as a subsidiary of The CannaBusiness. CannaBusiness Group issued restricted common shares as consideration. CannaBusiness will provide funding to hire sales staff, update marketing materials, increase customer base and attend upcoming trade shows in the dispensary and grow operation industry.
