The Fukui Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8362) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 0.41% of its share capital, at ¥1,539 per share for ¥153.9 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of May 31, 2019, the company had 24,144,669 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 34,836 shares in treasury.
