(b) On July 1, 2021, Bill Bloom resigned as executive vice president of Claims, Operations, Technology and Data & Analytics of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (the "Company"), effective August 2, 2021. Mr. Bloom will continue as an employee of the Company in an advisory capacity through his retirement in early fall 2021.
