The Company is engaged in the development and construction of commercial, office and residential projects. Its segments are property leasing segment, which leases and manages investment properties across Israel and abroad; construction business segment, which is involved in the construction and sale of projects across Israel and overseas; real estate sale segment, which sells land owned by the Company; billboard advertising segment, which is engaged in printed advertising; hotel segment, which owns and manages a chain of hotels in Israel, and energy segment, which is engaged in the gas and oil exploration. Its other activities include Rapid Vision-Outdoor Advertising, which includes operation of outdoor advertising platforms; Israel Land Development Company Energy Ltd., engaged in gas and oil exploration, and Skyline International Development Inc., a real estate company.
