Continuing with Chairman & MD's outreach program towards business community, J&K Bank's senior management executives last week held a meeting with Confederation of All India Traders at their Jammu office.
President (Credit) Anil Deep Mehta along with the Zonal Head Jammu C-I Shareesh Sharma and Cluster Heads Vijay Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar, Incharge IAPM Shakeel Ahmad and Incharge Advances Anneta Nehru Zonal Office Jammu represented the Bank while interacting with the traders' delegation including President Chamber of Traders Federation Neeraj Anand, Patron Attar Singh, Senior VP Raman Gupta, VP Shiv Kumar Gupta, Joint Secretary Ajay Gupta, Secretary Tushar Mahajan Convenor Women Wing Pooja Kapoor, Treasurer Prag Abrol, President Jammu Fruit Association Narwal Devinder Gupta and others.
During the meeting members of trade delegation appreciated the outreach of Bank's leadership to receive direct and instant feedback from its customers especially belonging to business community. "We are thankful to the Bank for reaching the doorsteps of business community and the kind of support it has extended especially in tough times like Covid19", the delegation remarked.
However, the members also raised many issues faced by the traders community and put forward many suggestions to improve their business conditions.
Listening patiently to the issues and concerns of trader's bodies, President Anil Deep Mehta reiterated the commitment of Bank's leadership to ensure best possible financial support and best banking services to its customers and people at large.
He assured the delegation that their concerns would be addressed on merit and decided with in the Bank's regulatory frameworks. The delegation hailed the patient hearing of their issues by the Bank's management on the occasion
