Sohgo Security Services Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2331) entered into an agreement to acquire Kanden Joy Life Co., Ltd. and Kanden Life Support Co., Ltd. from The Kansai Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TSE:9503), The Kanden L&A Company Limited and KANDEN Security of Society, Inc. on June 6, 2022. Sohgo will acquire 34,000 shares of Kanden Joy and 4,860 shares of Kanden Life Support.
Sohgo Security Services Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the security services business. The Company operates in three segments. The Security segment engages in the machine security services, permanent security services and security transport services. The Integrated Management and Disaster Prevention segment operates pipe work, electrical work, facility work, cleaning management, environmental health management, facility management, inspection of fire fighting equipment. The Care segment provides home care support, visit care, regular care and facility care service and provides device rentals. It also provides MMK, a multifunctional automated teller machine (ATM), ALSOK safety confirmation service, Mamorukku, a multifunctional mobile security terminal, security solution service, information security service.
