The Landis Taipei Hotel Co., Ltd reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 97.43 million compared to TWD 53.36 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 3.45 million compared to net loss of TWD 25.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.36 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.05 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.36 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 295.7 million compared to TWD 156 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 13.2 million compared to net loss of TWD 86.74 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.23 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.19 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.23 a year ago.
