The Board of The North American Income Trust plc proposed a final dividend of 13.00 pence per share (£3,789,000), making a total dividend of 33.00 pence per share (£9,982,000) for the year to 31 January 2016 which, if approved, will be payable on 7 June 2016 to shareholders on the register on 13 May 2016.
