Origin Wireless, Inc. announced that it has received $15.923061 million in funding from Verisure Sàrl, Verizon Ventures, The Okinawa Electric Power Company, Incorporated and other investors.

On October 17, 2023, Origin Wireless, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has amended the terms of the transaction. The company issued 2,895,102 series B-3 preferred stock for gross proceeds of $15,923,061 in the transaction.

The transaction led by new investor Verisure Sàrl and also included participation from new investor The Okinawa Electric Power Company, Incorporated,returning investors Verizon Ventures,INSPiRE and another investor. The round has raised at a post money valuation of $135,676,178.
