Eucon Holding Ltd. (SGX:E27) entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire BJ Vast Universe Culture Communication Co., Ltd. from Zhan Yang for CNY 2.4 million in cash on December 28, 2016. As of October 31, 2016, BJ Vast Universe Culture Communication Co. reported a net asset value of CNY 2.07 million. The transaction is subject to approval of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. On April 1, 2017, the Board of Eucon Holding announced that Singapore Exchange Securities Trading has advised that it has no objection to the transaction. Eucon Holding Ltd. (SGX:E27) completed the acquisition of BJ Vast Universe Culture Communication Co., Ltd. from Zhan Yang on January 1, 2017.
