The Premier Sugar Mills & Distillery Company Limited is a Pakistan-based company, which is principally engaged in manufacture and sale of white sugar and spirit. The Company operates through two segments: Sugar, and Distillery. Its products include Sugar, Ethanol, Molasses, and Bagasse. The Company's subsidiaries include Chashma Sugar Mills Ltd. (CSML)., Whole Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. (WFPL), Ultimate Whole Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. (UWFL), and The Frontier Sugar Mills and Distillery Ltd. (FSM). CSML is principally engaged in manufacturing, production, processing, compounding, preparation and sale of sugar, other allied compound, intermediates, and allied products. WFPL is to set-up, manage, supervise, and control the storage facilities for agricultural produce. UWFL is to set-up mills for milling wheat, gram, other grains and other allied products and by-products from flours. The Company's mills are located at Mardan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
