The Securities House K.S.C.P. (KWSE:SECH) entered into an Final agreement 100% of Gatehouse Capital from Gatehouse Financial Group Limited on November 16, 2022. It also signed a CREDIT FACILITIES AGREEMENT WITH A LOCAL BANK TO FINANCE THE DEAL.

The Securities House K.S.C.P. (KWSE:SECH) completed the acquisition of Gatehouse Capital from Gatehouse Financial Group Limited for KD 7 million in November 2022.

The Company is organized, along with its subsidiaries, into three business segments: the Property investment management segment is engaged in investing of the Companyâs fund in securities and real estate, financing corporate and individual customers, and managing the Companyâs liquidity requirements; the Asset management and advisory services segment covers discretionary and non-discretionary investment portfolio management, managing of local and international investment funds, providing advisory and structured finance services and other related investment services, and the Commercial trading activities segment is involved in the sale and distribution of manufactured and imported goods and services.
