The Westaim Corporation (TSXV:WED) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 11,400,000 common shares. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

The repurchases will be cancelled. The program will be valid till September 30, 2024 or on such earlier date as the company completes its purchases or provides notice of termination. As of September 14, 2023, the company had 136,558,643 shares issued and outstanding
