The Annual General Meeting of Thin Film Electronics ASA will be held Tuesday 10 May at 09.00 (CET), at Vika Atrium Conference Centre, Munkedamsveien 45, Oslo, Norway.

Please find attached the complete notices including attendance forms, in English and in Norwegian, and the annual report for 2010 in English. Shareholders wishing to attend the Annual General Meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to complete one of the attached attendance forms. The attendance form must be received by the registrar DnB NOR Bank ASA at the latest by 6 May 2011 at 12.00 (CET)

At 09:30 or after the Annual General Meeting has been adjourned, the CEO, Davor P. Sutija, will give a presentation of Thin Film Electronics ASA, the prospects of printed electronics and applications of the Company's printed memory technology and products. The presentation will be open to the press and the general public.
