ThinTech Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 669.419 million compared to TWD 547.890 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 17.658 million compared to TWD 10.600 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 12.769 million compared to TWD 19.238 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.17 compared to TWD 0.26 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,711.844 million compared to TWD 1,542.107 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 49.349 million compared to TWD 18.280 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 33.180 million compared to TWD 115.792 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 1.58 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 1.57 a year ago.
ThinTech Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of thin film sputtering target products and precious metal materials. The Company main involves in the provision of thin film sputtering target products, which are applied in the manufacture of optical storage disks, flat panel displays, decoration coating products, microelectronic passive components, optical coating parts, wafers, chips and thin film solar batteries, among others, as well as the processing and distribution of gold and silver materials. In addition, it engages in the provision of special materials for optoelectronic devices. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan, as well as the rest of Asia, Europe and the Americas.
