Thiz Technology Group Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the leasing of properties. The Company operates through three business segments. The Trading Business segment is mainly engaged in the trading of computer accessories and household goods. The Software Development segment is mainly engaged in the development and provision of technical support services to software and hardware products. The Property Leasing segment is mainly engaged in the property leasing business in the People's Republic of China (the PRC). It mainly conducts its business in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the PRC. The Company is also involved in the property investment business and the provision of management services through its subsidiaries.
