THK Co., Ltd. resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 14, 2024 to submit a proposal of the following distribution of dividends to the 54th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held on March 16, 2024. Company proposed pay dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023 of JPY 16.00 per share against JPY 50.00 per share paid an year ago. Effective date: March 18, 2024.
The record date of the dividend was December 31, 2023.
