On 25 January 2016, the Board of Directors of THO Services Limited (the Company) appointed Paul Gerard Weston and Geoffrey Trent Hancock of Pitcher Partners NSW Pty Ltd as Joint Administrators pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act.

The Joint Administrators will undertake an immediate assessment of the Company to determine the options available for utilising the administration process for restructuring the Company's affairs.

Shareholders are initially asked to refrain from contacting the Company or the Joint Administrators at this time please. A more detailed information release to the ASX providing indicative timeframes for the Administration process will follow in due course. The securities are currently in voluntary suspension and will remain suspended for the duration of the administration.
