Awards to Named Executive Officers (NEOs)

On November 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thorne HealthTech, Inc. (the "Company") approved grants of RSUs to certain of its directors, executive officers, and employees, including the named executive officers as follows: Paul Jacobson, Chief Executive Officer - 450,000 RSUs; Will McCamy, President - 200,000 RSUs, and Thomas McKenna, Chief Operating Officer - 300,000 RSUs. The RSU grants (i) are for common stock of the Company, (ii) vest in four equal annual amounts starting on the first anniversary of the date of grant, and (iii) were granted under the Company's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the "2021 Plan"), which was filed as Exhibit 10.4 to the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-1, filed on September 13, 2021.
