Three Sixty Five Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Thitapat Issarapornpat as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Three Sixty Five Public Company Limited notified that the Board of Directors has acknowledged the resignation of Miss Thitapat Issarapornpat from her position as an Independent Director of the Board and a Chairman of the Audit Committee because of her other increasing missions, resulting in insufficient time to perform the above positions. The resignation will be effective from 28 December 2020 onwards.
