Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000598) and Shanghai Diyu Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire unknown majority stake in Dongying Jinmo and Dongying MOTIMO from Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology Co., Ltd and Shandong Delian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 440.76 million on January 13, 2023. Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000598) and Shanghai Diyu Technology Co., Ltd. will acquire 69% stake of Dongying Jinmo and Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000598) will acquire 100% equity of Dongying MOTIMO. Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000598) will acquire dues of CNY 257.26 million of Dongying Jinmo and Dongying MOTIMO.
Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000598) entered into an agreement to acquire 60% stake in Dongying Jinmo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300334) for CNY 312.6 million on February 24, 2023. The board of directors of Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology Co., Ltd have approved the transaction. The shareholders of Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology have to be approved and is subject to consent from Dongying Municipal People's Government or its authorized competent department and settlement of target loans by completion of the transaction.
Tianjin Motimo Membrane Technology Co Ltd is primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of ultrafiltration membrane, micro membrane and membrane module, as well as the provision of membrane water resource solutions. The Company provides hollow fiber column membrane, curtain-style ultrafiltration membrane, micro-membrane and membrane module, as well as membrane water resource solutions, including continuous membrane filtration (CMF), submerged membrane filter (SMF) and embrane bioreactor (MBR). The Company also provides membrane replacement services, membrane engineering solutions, and sewage treatment technical services. The Company mainly conducts businesses within the domestic market.
