Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad Announces Resignation of Datuk Abdul Kadir Bin Nordin as Independent and Non Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee

Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad announced that Mej Jen Datuk Abdul Kadir Bin Nordin (Bersara) has expressed his intention not to seek for re-appointment as director of the company as stated in the notice of the twenty-second annual general meeting of the company. Hence, Mej Jen Datuk Abdul Kadir Bin Nordin (Bersara) ceased to be a member of the audit committee and member of the nomination committee upon his retirement as director of the company at the conclusion of the 22nd AGM held on 18 May 2017.
