Tiga Acquisition Corp. announced that it expects to receive $2.76 million in funding from Tiga Sponsor LLC

Tiga Acquisition Corp. announced a private placement of up to 2,760,000 pre-paid warrants at a price of $1 per warrant for gross proceeds of $2,760,000 on May 23, 2022. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Tiga Sponsor LLC.

Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.
