Novi 1 Fund, a fund managed by Tikehau Investment Management SAS, Patrimoine et Création 1, a fund managed by Bpifrance Investissement, Raise Investissement, SAS, Tikehau Capital (ENXTPA:TKO), and Groupe IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP), along with the management of Atelier Mériguet-Carrère agreed to acquire Atelier Mériguet-Carrère from Qualium Investissement, Future French Champions SAS and others on July 19, 2017. The transaction was financed by debt provided by CM-CIC, BNP Paribas and Banque Palatine. Atelier Mériguet-Carrère reported turnover of around €180 million in 2017.
