Hugues Emmanuel Marie De Champs De Saint-Leger and Sitilarb Supsakorn to Retire from Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited as Members of Board of Directors

Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 17, 2022, announced that two out of the four directors who are retiring by rotation in the 2022 AGM, Mr. Hugues, Emmanuel, Marie de CHAMPS de SAINT-LEGER and Mr. Sitilarb Supsakorn, wished not to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for another term.
