Infinite Electronics, LLC signed an agreement to acquire 41.5% stake in Cable Connectivity Group from Torqx Capital Partners and TKH Group N.V. on November 8, 2022. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval and is expected to close in Q1 of 2023. As of January 27, 2023, The European Commission (EC) has approved this transaction. William Blair acted as financial advisor to Cable Connectivity Group. Loyens & Loeff N.V. acted as legal advisor to Torqx Capital Partners and TKH Group N.V. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP acted as legal advisor to Infinite Electronics, LLC.
