Tobishima Corporation (TSE:1805) acquired For You,Inc. and Grand Adel Co., Ltd. from Adel Planning and Design Co., Ltd. on April 16, 2019. Tobishima Corporation acquired 1000 shares of For You,Inc. and 200 shares of Grand Adel Co., Ltd. Post acquisition, For You,Inc. and Grand Adel Co., Ltd. operates as subsidiaries of Tobishima Corporation. For the fiscal year ended September 2018, For You,Inc. reported sales of JPY 5.1 billion and total assets of JPY 7.1 billion. Similarly, Grand Adel Co., Ltd reported sales of JPY 80 million and total assets of JPY 84 million for the year ended June 2018.
