Toho Co., Ltd. announced year end dividend of JPY 25 per share for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2023 compared to JPY 5 per share paid an year ago. The dividend will be payable on April 26, 2023.
The company expects second quarter dividend of fiscal year ending January 31, 2024 to be JPY 30 per share, compared to JPY 10 per share paid an year ago and year end dividend of JPY 30 per share for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2024 compared to JPY 25 per share paid an year ago.
TOHO Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of all types of food, from commercial foods to household foods to users. The Company operates through four business segments. The Distributor segment is engaged in the purchase of ingredients for the restaurant industry, as well as supply and sale of them to the restaurant industry. The Cash and Carry segment is engaged in the purchase of ingredients for the restaurant industry, as well as the cash sale of commercial food to small and medium-sized restaurant companies. The Food Supermarket segment is engaged in the purchase of food and miscellaneous goods, as well as the development of food supermarkets.
