Relocation of Headquarters

Tokio Marine Holdings Inc., Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., and Tokio Marine & Nichido Life Insurance Co., Ltd. announce the relocation of their headquarters as detailed below.

【New Headquarters Address】 Tokiwabashi Tower 26F-37F 2-6-4, Otemachi Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

【Planned Relocation Schedule】

The relocation is planned to start in December 2021 and complete in June 2022.

The two buildings, one the buildings was built in 1974, in which the current headquarters located are planned to be reconstructed and will be a new building with enhanced capabilities against disaster and of environmental efficiencies as well as better fit with new work style, although the detailed reconstruction plan and schedule is still under consideration.
