For the full year, the company expects deliveries of between 10,200 and 10,400 homes with an average delivered price of between $805,000 and $825,000.

The Company designs, builds, markets, sells and arranges financing for an array of luxury residential single-family detached home, attached home, master-planned, and urban low-, mid-, and high-rise communities.
