The board of directors of Tom Group Ltd. announced that Ms. Wu Hung Yuk, Anna has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the company with effect from 1 May 2013 due to personal reasons.
