Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 75,000 shares, representing 0.15% of its share capital, at ¥1,157 per share for ¥86.78 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to improve capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy. As of September 30, 2018, the company had 51,453,773 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 493,258 shares in treasury.
