He Dong and Ustar Financial Development Holding Group Limited agreed to acquire Shanghai Cheng Qi Technology Limited from Tomson Group Limited for approximately HKD 400 million.

He Dong and Ustar Financial Development Holding Group Limited agreed to acquire Shanghai Cheng Qi Technology Limited from Tomson Group Limited (SEHK:258) for approximately HKD 400 million on September 22, 2023. On December 21, 2023, CMCG and UStar entered into a supplemental agreement to which the parties agreed to amend settlement and Long stop date payment schedule of consideration as set out in the equity transfer agreement, CMCG agrees to assign all of it's rights and obligations in relation to the equity transfer agreement to Ustar. The long stop date shall be extended to March 15, 2024.

The consideration is fixed. The consideration will be payable in four parts. CMCG and UStar entered into a supplemental agreement on March 15, 2024, pursuant to which the Long Stop Date shall be extended to April 17, 2024.
