Tosei Reit Investment Corporation (TSE:3451) agreed to acquire eight properties in Japan from Tosei Corporation (TSE:8923) for ¥9.8 billion on October 13, 2017. Tosei Reit Investment Corporation will acquire Twin Avenue, Milestone Higashi-kurume, Lumier No.3, Wako Building, Chojamachi Duo Building, T's garden Nishi-funabashi, Quest Yamatedai, and Sancerre Yono-honmachi, for ¥1.88 billion, ¥1.65 billion, ¥1.42 billion, ¥1.4 billion, ¥1.3 billion, ¥860 million, ¥710 million and ¥600 million respectively. The transaction shall be funded through term loans of ¥5.3 billion, backup loan of ¥400 million, proceeds of ¥5.14 billion raised through issuance of units and own funds.

The transaction is expected to close on November 2, 2017.
